1v1 Tourney over, harry_ftw is top dueler
On Sunday the 20th of September, the 1v1 duel tourney drew to a well awaited close. Harry_ftw was the winner and had done an amazing job to stay at the top for the majority of the tourney. Congratulations to all who participated in the Australian Duel 1v1 tourney, after many months of battling it out the tournament came to an end on the 20th of September 2009 with a convincing win to harry_ftw!
Unfortunately the tourney did encounter quite a large set back in the first few rounds of the semi-finals when some players were not arriving to their matches, fortunately the AussieNexers admins stepped in helped us complete the tourney by enforcing match deadlines, this meant that a few people did unfortunately have to forfeit, but rules are rules.
After the very eventful first 1v1 season the following players have made it into the top three! In first position, harry_ftw, in second position shaggy and in third position pagey. If you would like to see more details about player positions, visit: nex1vs1au.tourney.cc
